Some Panel Makers Remain Optimistic That Year-end Holiday Shopping Will Boost Digital Photo Frame S.

Some LCD panel makers are still hoping that shipments to the digital photo frame segment will be boosted by the shopping season in the gift market in the second half of the year although major panel makers have already lowered their forecasts for the segment for 2008, according to industry sources. The more optimistic panel suppliers reason that during Motherð€™s Day in May sales of digital photo frames in the North American market were rather strong, the sources said.
