Lacie offers biometric hard drives.

Lacie has upgraded its biometrically-protected SAFE hard drive line with a desktop edition, adding an internal firmware lock to help prevent data from being accessed if the actual hard drive is removed from the chassis. The new USB 2.0-connected desktop external SAFE drives come in 160 GB, 320 GB or 500 GB capacities, and are priced at $179, $219, and $369 capacities. (PC Magazine via ABC News)
