ChequeSystem provides comprehensive chequebook management function. The software supports multiple chequebooks, which suits the need for business. In the chequebook, user can create cheque easily with pre-defined cheque number. The interface allows to type all the cheque elements include payee, date, amount, a/c payee only, bearer, and place of issues. Similar to counterfoil, user can also write down any notes for the cheque. The cheque template feature make the cheque issuing process simpler and easier. User can save the cheque information as a template which can be recalled for later use.
The software is installed with several cheque layouts for different banks. It also provides an update function allows to download the latest cheque layouts from the server. User can make use on the template design tool to create cheque layout to fit the bank cheque.
The search function in the chequebook allows user to locate issued cheque easily. User can also move to-and-fro to review the issued cheque records. The software provides two reports, payee report and account report. The two reports allows to track the issued by the payee or by the account. Other criteria in building the report includes date and cheque amount. It is simple to manage the issue of cheques in accordance with banking procedures.
ChequeSystem can print the cheque elements completely; include payee, date, amount, a/c payee only, bearer, and place of issues. The printed cheque is ready to issue once signed. Batch-printing function make the cheque printing work even easier. User can print a series of cheque in a batch by specifying the account and the cheque numbers. ChequeSystem supports different types of printer include dot matrix, ink-jet and laser printers.
